Are you looking for a fun, educational experience this summer? McGill Summer Academy (MSA) is a two-week summer program held on McGill University’s downtown campus. With classes in the morning, opportunities to experience Montreal in the afternoon, and the chance to make friends from all over the world – Summer Academy offers the most memorable McGill experience.

By combining academic coursework, skill-building activities and experiential learning, Summer Academy provides students with the opportunity to explore academic interests and strengthen learning strategies, preparing them for a successful transition to university studies.

Summer Academy offers two academic streams: a Neuro and Health Sciences stream, and a World Politics stream.

During your stay, students will collaborate with highly motivated students from around the world and will have ample opportunity to connect with current McGill students and McGill faculty. You’ll leave Summer Academy with new, lifelong friendships and the confidence to apply to the university of your dreams!

Students currently in grades 10 and 11 are invited to apply.

Full scholarships are available for Indigenous students, Black students, and students facing financial barriers. Students who meet this criteria are strongly encouraged to apply for Summer Academy scholarships.

Applications are free. The deadline is March 14th.
