Once again this year, students are invited to attend the Youth Mental Health Symposium. This is an excellent opportunity for our students to attend this event in Fredericton at the UNB campus. The Department of Education is welcoming students from around the province to attend this wonderful event where students learn about and discuss positive mental health and bring the stigma of mental health out of the shadows and into the light. The entire cost is covered for students, from transportation to the event, supervision, snacks and lunch. Last year this symposium was a huge success and our students reported that it was well worth attending.

Registration is open until March 29th. Once registration is complete, schools will be updated from The Department of Education Centre of Excellence for Health by mid-April, confirming student participation and all other details pertaining to the symposium.
