NBCC’s upcoming Spring Open House/College Preview Event, is taking place at NBCC Woodstock on May 31st, 2024. This event is part of a province-wide initiative across all six of our campuses, spread over two days: May 24th and May 31st.
May 24th campuses: St. Andrew’s, Moncton and Miramichi
May 31st campuses: Woodstock, Saint John and Fredericton
The purpose of this event is two-fold. Firstly, it provides an opportunity for already accepted students to familiarize themselves with the campus environment, meet instructors, connect with future classmates, and gain insights into the next steps as they prepare to start their academic journey with us in the fall. This segment of the event will run from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Following that, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, we will open our doors to the general public, welcoming prospective students to explore our diverse programs, tour our facility, including shops and labs, engage with instructors, and even apply on the spot.
This year, we’re hoping to add something special to our event by hosting a career fair in the gymnasium, where guests can explore potential job opportunities with local employers, gaining valuable insights into their future career prospects after completing their studies with us.
