The McCain S.T.E.A.M. Student Award is an exciting new opportunity, offering one $1,000 Student Award to a graduate from each high school listed:
Carleton North High School, Southern Victoria High School, Woodstock High School, Nackawic High School, Hartland Community School. Canterbury High School
The award is open to all students from grade 12, who will be attending a post-secondary institution (either a diploma or a degree program) in a recognized program encompassing the following academic streams within S.T.E.A.M; Science (B.Sc), Technology (Computer Science, etc.), Engineering (B. Eng.), Agriculture (recognized programs), Manufacturing (recognized trade: mechanical, electrical,
PLC, Instrumentation, Power Engineer).
Winners will be selected by a committee of McCain employees, from the applications received, and will be based on academic performance, the student essay, and the academic reference.
Announcement of winners will be made at the graduation ceremonies at each school.
